Event changes can be made remotely until May 1st, 2027, based on availability. After that, all requests must be made in person at the Expo.
There is a $15 fee for all changes, plus the difference in registration costs for upgrades, no refunds are issued for downgrades.
To change to a longer distance, please complete the upgrade form and allow 3 to 5 days to receive a secure payment link.
To change to a shorter distance, please complete the downgrade form and allow 5 to 7 days for processing.
