Event changes can be made remotely until May 15th, 2023 for a $15 fee. After that, all requests must be made in person at the Solutions Table at Expo and are based on availability.
For upgrades, there is a $15 change fee plus the difference in event pricing. To request an upgrade, please click here. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for a response.
For downgrades, please click here. Note that the $15 event change fee will apply, and no refunds will be issued for downgrading or switching events. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for a response.
Please note that if you paid to have your Bib mailed to you, any distance change after May 15th, 2023 will have to be made at the Solutions Table at the Expo.
